Service Description
Fingerprints are captured and submitted to the RCMP for processing. The RCMP will send the certified criminal record check certificate directly to you or your organization. Please bring a letter from your organization confirming the request and stating that your work is unpaid.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment to avoid delays or rescheduling.
