Do I need to book an appointment?
 

Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are recommended for faster service.

Do you keep my fingerprints on file at your office?

No, the fingerprints are not kept on file at our office. The RCMP will process the check, and once the results are produced and shared, they are deleted from the RCMP system.

 

What kind of identification do I need?

 

Two pieces of valid identification are required. One piece must be a photo identification.

 

Valid identification consists of:

 

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID

 

Government issued photo ID – Must have individuals photo/name/date of birth/signature & the id cannot be expired

Permanent Resident Card

Canadian Citizenship Card

Certificate of Indian Status Card

National Defense Id

Firearms Licence

 

Secondary Piece of ID – All secondary pieces of ID must have the individuals name on the card and cannot be expired

 

Birth Certificate

Blood donor card

Credit Card with the number blocked out

CAA Card

Health Benefits Card

Work id

Provincial or Municipal Id

Immigration papers

Work Visa

Work Permit

Student ID

Motor vehicle registration

Motor vehicle insurance card

SIN CARDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

 

**All ID must be valid.  No expired ID will be accepted.

 **All identification must be original documents, or a certified copy of the original. 

 

How long will it take?

 

If there is no one else waiting, fingerprinting generally takes 10 - 15 minutes.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

 

You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, debit card or cash. If paying with cash, please bring exact change, as we do not carry additional cash on site.

 

How long before I get my results?

 

Most results are received within 7 - 14 business days, unless they come back with a match.

Please allow time for Canada Post to deliver the results.   

 

Do you provide mobile printing?

​

Yes, we can provide mobile printing services and come to your place of business for groups of 10 or more. 

For groups of 3 - 9 people, there is a $100 service fee.

 

For 1 or 2 people there is a service fee of $200.
