Yes, we are accreddited by the RCMP. You can view our Accreditation Letter issued by the RCMP at our head office.

Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are recommended for faster service.

No, the fingerprints are not kept on file at our office. The RCMP will process the check, and once the results are produced and shared, they are deleted from the RCMP system.

Two pieces of valid identification are required. One piece must be a photo identification. Valid identification consists of: Government issued photo ID – Must have individuals photo/name/date of birth/signature & the id cannot be expired. ​ Valid Accepted Photo IDs (Primary ID – must include a photo):  Driver’s License, Foreign Driver’s License, Canadian/Foreign Passport, PR Card, Canadian Citizenship Card, Status Card, Military ID, Student ID, Firearms License, CNIB Card    Valid Accepted Secondary IDs (if not using two photo IDs):  Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Marriage License, Hunting/Fishing License, Immigration Papers, Union or Employee ID, Work/Study Permit  Note: Health Cards, SIN Cards, debit/credit cards are not accepted as valid ID under RCMP regulations. **All ID must be valid. No expired ID will be accepted. **All identification must be original documents, or a certified copy of the original.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sundays. We are closed on statutory holidays including: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day. If you are unsure, please give us a call.
