Service Description
Fingerprints are captured and submitted to the RCMP for processing. The certified criminal record check certificate will be sent directly to you or the responsible IRCC office. You must bring a request paper issued by the IRCC with your file number and UCI number. Without this, the fingerprints cannot be sent to the IRCC office.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment to avoid delays or rescheduling.
