Fingerprints are captured and submitted to the RCMP for processing. The certified criminal record check certificate will be sent directly to your organization. Please bring a letter from your organization requesting the background check.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Please ensure all information provided during booking is accurate and complete. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment to avoid delays or rescheduling.
