Do you keep my fingerprints on file at your office?

​          No, nothing is kept on file at our office.  Everything is submitted electronically.  Once the file leaves

our office everything we have is automatically erased.  The RCMP will process the check, and once
the results are produced and shared, they are deleted from the RCMP system. At no time are copies
of civil fingerprints kept in the RCMP database or by a third party service provider.

What kind of identification do I need?

          ​Two pieces of valid identification are required.  One piece must
be a photo identification.

Valid identification consists of:

                 ​Drivers Licence, Passport, Permanent Resident Card,
Canadian Citizenship Card, National Defense ID, CNIB Card, Firearms Licence,
Birth Certificate, Blood Donor Card, Work ID, Health Benefits Card, Work Visa,
Work Permit, Student ID, CAA Card, Student ID, Immigration Papers,
Motor Vehicle Insurance Card, Provincial or Municipal ID.

**All ID must be valid.  No expired ID will be accepted.
 All identification must be original documents, or a certified copy of the original. **

How long will it take?

          If there is no one else waiting, it should take about 15 - 30 minutes.

How much does it cost?

​         For Digital fingerprinting  it depends on what you are applying for. **Please see list below**
Name checks cost $40.00 plus tax.

$75.00 Plus HST = $84.75 (RMCP fee)

What methods of payment do you accept?

          You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, debit card or cash

How long before I get my results?

          Most results are received within 3 business days, unless they come back with a match. 
You can visit, for more information on processing times. 
Please allow time for Canada Post to deliver the results.   

Can I book an appointment?
          Yes, you can book an appointment.  Saturday and Sunday are currently by appointment only.
Do you provide mobile printing?
          Yes, we can provide mobile printing services and come to your place of business for groups of 10 or more. 
For groups less than ten people, there is a $100 service fee.
